Chris Jericho Uses AEW TV Deal News To Send A Message To Kenny Omega
The wrestling world has been in a constant state of celebration since this morning’s announcement that All Elite Wrestling had signed a major primetime television deal with WarnerMedia to broadcast a live, weekly wrestling show on the TNT network.
AEW President Tony Khan and several of the promotion’s executives and top stars were at the WarnerMedia 2019 television upfronts this morning in New York to make the announcement official, including Cody and Brandi Rhodes, Kenny Omega, the Young Bucks, Hangman Page and Dr. Britt Baker.
Everyone except a conspicuously absent Chris Jericho… The former world champion and globe-trotting multi-platform sensation released a video on Twitter shortly after the announcements were made congratulating AEW on signing a deal with TNT, but making sure to remind everyone who the success really belongs to.
