— WWE.com confirmed Tommy Dreamer’s departure from the company on Monday:

World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of ECW Superstar Tommy Dreamer as of today, Monday, January 4, 2010. We wish Tommy the best in all future endeavors.
