WWE Confirms Survivor Series Theme

The WWE has confirmed that the annual November PPV Survivor Series will have a theme once again of Raw V/S Smackdown. The long-rumored match for the show, with WWE Champion Jinder Mahal facing RAW’s Universal Champion Brock Lesnar, would fall right in line with this theme and both men are featured in the advertising for the show on November 19 that the WWE tweeted out:

It’s #RAW vs. #SDLive at @WWE #SurvivorSeries LIVE Sunday, November 19 at 7e/4p only on the award-winning @WWENetwork! pic.twitter.com/54cbPYhFpj

The Survivor Series is the WWE’s second oldest Pay-per-view and traditionally featured 5 on 5 or 4 on 4 person team elimination matches since it’s inception in 1987. Last year’s show followed similar lines with RAW VS. Smackdown in 3 different survivor matches, Men’s, Women’s, and Tag Teams. With TLC now in the rear view mirror, more details should be coming shortly.
