News on Corbin’s New Role, Rumor on Match Against Angle & More

With Baron Corbin’s new character direction as the “Constable of RAW”, there have been rumors that it will lead to a match against Kurt Angle later this summer. According to the @WrestleVotes Twitter account, this hasn’t been something he has heard of and is doubtful to happen. The report goes on to suggest that it is possible that Corbin’s interactions with Angle will be tied into the return of Jason Jordan.
Jordan meanwhile has been cleared to return and has been seen backstage at multiple WWE events over the last month, but hasn’t been on TV due to creative reasons. He is due back any week now and apart from the rumor above, there has also been speculation that he may re-unite with Chad Gable when he returns.
