MWCA Fall Clinic set for October 26th in Inver Grove Heights

The 2019 Minnesota Wrestling Coaches Association Fall Clinic will feature University of Minnesota Coach Brandon Eggum, Southwest Minnesota State Coach Jesse Nelson, and Technique with Jared Lawrence. The Clinic will take place on Saturday, October 26th at Simley High School in Inver Grove Heights.

  • 8:00-8:30 — Visit vendors
  • 8:30-9:00 — Rules changes with officials
  • 9:00-9:15 — Gophers update with Head Coach Brandon Eggum
  • 9:15-9:40 — SMSU update with Head Coach Jesse Nelson
  • 9:40-9:50 — Break
  • 9:50-10:25 — Technique with Jared Lawrence
  • 10:25-10:50 — Trackwrestling presentation with John Peterson.
  • 10:50-11:00 — MWCA Updates
  • 11:00-11:50 — Meeting with Coaches from your Section
  • 11:50-12:00 — President’s Address (Shawn Frederixon) and Door Prizes

The clinic is free for members of the MWCA. Memberships will be available at the door for $35, but if you would like to have a 2019-2020 MWCA Membership Card, you must be registered by October 18th, 2019.
