On Monday, the Shade Room posted a photo of Brown smiling with his rumored girlfriend Ammika Harris while at Le Cirque Club in Paris.

Brown’s latest arrest follows a long string of run-ins with the law.

In 2009, Brown was sentenced to five years probation and 180 days of community labor after pleading guilty to felony assault for beating then-girlfriend Rihanna. Seven years later, he was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon (charges were never filed), and in 2017, his ex-girlfriend Karreuche Tran was granted a restraining order against him.

Then in May, an unidentified woman filed a lawsuit against Brown and two others after she said she was allegedly held down and sexually assaulted in the singer’s home.

The woman claimed Brown held a party in his home on Feb. 23, 2017, in which his friend, Lowell Grissom Jr., also known as Young Lo, and an unnamed woman, “Doe X,” forcibly held her down and forced her to perform sexual acts.

She sued the trio for sexual battery, battery, assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress among other charges. Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos told TMZ at the time, “None of these allegations are true. Nobody has done anything with this… there’s no case here. Chris is a target.”

In July, Brown was arrested moments after wrapping up his concert in West Palm Beach, Florida. Brown was taken into police custody by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office for an out-of-county warrant, according to online court records.

The warrant was for felony battery and was issued in April 2017 by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s office, a spokesperson for the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office told PEOPLE at the time.

As PEOPLE reported at the time, police said Brown allegedly “sucker punched” a 29-year-old club photographer in Tampa during a paid appearance at AJA Channelside around 1 a.m. local time on April 17. The alleged victim claimed that Brown attacked him because he was taking photos after Brown arrived at the venue for an afterparty “showing.”
