Carmella Fools R-Truth to Finally Win WWE 24/7 Championship

Over the last four months, R-Truth has travelled the world with his bestie Carmella by his side, being chased by a legion of WWE Superstars in hot pursuit of the prestigious 24/7 Championship.

Ever since the title was created fans have been waiting for the day when the “Statin Island Princess” would get her own time in the spotlight, and that moment finally came tonight on Monday Night Raw!

During the show, Truth and Carmella took to the ring with a random assortment of talent close behind them. The former Smackdown Women’s Champion brought everything to a screeching halt, expressing her exhaustion over being chased around all summer long.

As it turns out, it was all a ploy to get the jump on her friend, rolling up Truth for a quick three-count to win the 24/7 Championship for the first time. It looks like there was no harm done, as the two hugged it out afterwards and ran off into the sunset – this time with the WWE women’s division chasing them through the arena.
