Big News on Braun Strowman’s Opponent for WrestleMania 34

As we all know by now, The Miz defeated Roman Reigns to win the Intercontinental Title last Monday night at RAW’s 25th Anniversary Show. The reason behind this is because WWE has plans for him to receive a monster push heading into WrestleMania 34.
According to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the current plan is for The Miz to defend the Intercontinental Title against Braun Strowman at WrestleMania 34. This is why WWE had The Miz win as clean as possible as the Intercontinental Title Match is planned to be one of the biggest matches in New Orleans.
There are a few people in WWE who believe that Strowman should defeat Kane and WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble to become the Universal Champion. The current plan is still for Lesnar to defend against Reigns at WrestleMania 34.
