Commentary Told To Not Mention Vader, More on Lesnar/SummerSlam

According to Dave Meltzer in a recent edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, while WWE did show a graphic on RAW on Vader after he passed away, the commentary team were reportedly told not to talk about it or even mention Vader by name. The company also decided against showing a video package, which is just a “decision” that they made.
In a follow-up to a story that was posted last week about Vince McMahon making a decision to take Brock Lesnar out of SummerSlam and delaying what appears to be his last remaining match with the company until late this year, a backstage source mentioned that this news is “not false, but definitely premature.” It was further mentioned that while Vince has certainly considered keeping Lesnar off of the PPV, this is just one of several ideas being tossed around.
