Backstage Rumors on Jason Jordan Still Not Being Cleared, WWE/2K

According to some backstage rumors, Jason Jordan is reportedly still not cleared by WWE doctors to return from neck surgery. While he has been backstage at multiple WWE events over the past several weeks, and reports have been surfacing that he was going to be back on TV right after Extreme Rules, it obviously hasn’t happened. With Jordan’s injury related to his neck, WWE doctors are obviously not taking any chances and prematurely approving his return to the ring. Despite this, most accounts suggest that he is very close to coming back.
GamesIndustry.biz is reporting that 2K Games is planning to step up their investment in The WWE 2K video game franchise. There is no word yet on what the expansion might include but 2K President David Ismailer said that the company is focusing on portfolio growth in the coming years. He said, “We’re looking to expand and grow our portfolio, whether it’s internally developing more products, or it’s adding more long-term partnerships to our 2K product line. We’re looking for quality products to deliver to consumers with long engagement.”
