News on WWE Evolution Ticket Sales, More on AOP/Drake Maverick
According to Dave Meltzer in a recent edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE Evolution on October 28th at this point has sold approximately over 7,000 tickets at The Nassau Coliseum. By the time the event rolls around, it is is expected to be close to a sell out with the arena configured for just under 11,000 seats. Out of the 7000 tickets sold, 2400 ended up going to ticket brokers.
In a follow up to a previous post about The Authors of Pain and their new manager, 205 Live General Manager Drake Maverick, it was previously reported that one of the reasons WWE brought Maverick over is because officials felt that The Authors of Pain badly needed a mouthpiece. It is being said that another reason for the company going with Maverick is because his smaller stature makes The Authors of Pain look bigger and more dominant.
