U.K. Tour Preview

The main draw is Kurt Angle’s farewell tour. TNA has announced the final three scheduled opponents for Angle on the tour.

First is Drew Galloway on Jan. 29 in Manchester, then Bobby Roode on Jan. 30 in London, and finally Bobby Lashley on Jan. 31 in Birmingham.

TNA also announced that U.K. stars Will Ospreay, Big Damo, and Jimmy Havoc have been added to the tour. TNA originally set up a vote to determine which of the three should be booked. After the polling period, TNA announced that all three will be included.

Additional wrestlers scheduled for the tour include TNA Hvt. champion Matt Hardy, TNA tag champions The Wolves (Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards), Beer Money (Bobby Roode & James Storm), Ethan Carter III, Eric Young, Mike Bennett & Maria Kanellis, Knockouts champion Gail Kim, Awesome Kong, Velvet Sky, and Madison Rayne.

Roode & Storm talked to the local U.K. media about reuniting as Beer Money just in time for the tour. “The crowd wanted to see Beer Money and so it is very special to be back together,” Storm told the Burton Mail. “Every where we go we here ‘Beer Money’ chanted so it is cool to back together. Every year our U.K. tours gets better and better and it is special to be back as an official team. Fans have welcomed us back with open arms.”
