Bournemouth vs Crystal Palace: TV channel, live stream, squad news & preview
Both Eddie Howe and Roy Hodgson are managers looking to bounce back from unwanted results in their last league games, despite cup victories since
Bournemouth welcome Crystal Palace to the Vitality Stadium on Monday evening as they attempt to bounce back from their 4-0 defeat to Burnley last week.
The Cherries have earned themselves 10 points so far this season following a three-game unbeaten run at the start of their 2018-19 Premier League campaign. However, following away defeats at Chelsea and Burnley, either side of a home win over Leicester, Eddie Howe’s side will be looking for three points which would move them up to at least seventh in the table.
Crystal Palace are just three points behind Bournemouth and are also looking for a return to winning ways following their goalless draw against Newcastle last weekend.

Bournemouth will be hoping the game against Palace will be a chance to redeem themselves and return to the form that saw them start the season by rocketing up the Premier League table.
The Cherries won their last game 3-2 against Blackburn Rovers last Tuesday, securing a place in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup and will be looking for another victory against the Eagles to improve their league standing.
Meanwhile, Crystal Palace also progressed to the fourth round of the cup competition after a 3-0 win over West Brom following a 0-0 draw at home to Newcastle that extended their struggles to win at home.
Eagles manager Hodgson spoke about Bournemouth’s game against Burnley and believes that they are still going to be a tough side to face.
“From what I understand from the Burnley game, it was one of those where they weren’t exactly outplayed and thrashed 4-0, but they conceded goals at the wrong time and the rest of the game was a pretty even affair,” Hodgson said ahead of Monday night’s game.
“But they took their chances and, if you don’t, you end up looking like you have been totally and utterly outplayed. But I understand that wasn’t the case and it was a pretty even game up there and Bournemouth played well enough but were on the end of a bad result.
“We know how good they are and, in particular, we know how good they are at home and we are preparing for a tough test, a very tough test.”
Bournemouth manager Howe has been complimentary of Eagles forward Zaha and believes Palace have a lot of good players.
“Zaha is a player that we need to be aware of, but they’ve also got excellent midfielders with a lot of experience, so we’ve got to manage it well,” Howe said during his pre-match press conference.
“Yes, he is an outstanding player and did well against us in the two games last year, we found him difficult to deal with. From our perspective that is something we will look to improve.
“There are a lot of areas that they manage very well, but of course we have good players the other way.”
Both fixtures last season between the two sides resulted in a 2-2 draw.
